Orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days from our studio in Brooklyn, NY, US. If there are any delays in shipping time, I’ll contact you immediately to let you know, and you’ll have the option to cancel the order.
Although most packages will make it to you within a week, because of infrequent delays at USPS, please allow up to 21 days for US orders, and 45 days for international orders, for your items to arrive. Contact us at email@example.com if you have any concerns about a delayed package.
Orders Outside of the US
VAT and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders will be marked as ‘merchandise’ with the listed retail price of the item.
Jewelry may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We’ll even cover the return shipping costs if you’re in the US. To start a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase to let us know you’d like to return the item. All returned items must be in an unused condition and must be undamaged and unaltered. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item. If we do not receive the returned item, we won’t be able to process a refund unless you’re able to provide proof of shipment and receipt through the label’s tracking number. If the status shows as not sent, then we’ll ask you to file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before processing the refund.
If something happens (you drop your jewelry or if you just need a small adjustment), I’ll repair your jewelry for free within the first year. After a year a small fee may be charged, depending on the nature of the materials. Buyer covers shipping both ways and package requires tracking information.
