all items are handmade by me, stefanie. while i try to represent and describe each item as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the items. hopefully you'll agree that this adds to the design! if you have any questions, please contact me before you place your order. however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send me an email within 7 days of its shipment and either a refund or a store credit will be issued. all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items are the buyer's responsibility.
